Ok a couple days ago 2 guys came to this site and spammed they were once tmk members but they decieded to make thier own site they helped me come up with the name of the clan and site and now they have a copyright on thier site And they said they will sew me any suggestions I though about just changing the clan and wordings on the site but the site name the URL would be the same but this site was made first any help?

There is no way he can sue you over a website, unless he has copy right laws. It's a joke to get you scared. If you had it first then you could sue him. But don't bother, it will get thrown out of court.
